Position Description

A busy law firm in Bolton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RTA/Credit Hire Executive to join their dynamic team. If you're looking for an opportunity to work on complex and interesting cases, this role could be perfect for you!

As a Credit Hire Executive, you will be responsible for handling non-whiplash RTA cases, credit hire, and vehicle damage matters. You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. This role offers the chance to work on challenging cases that will enhance your skills and expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of non-whiplash RTA cases, credit hire, and vehicle damage matters.
• Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a PI/RTA Litigation Executive, ideally within a busy law firm.
• Strong knowledge of RTA/PI law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire for professional growth.
• Litigation experience in both fast and multi-track matters is desirable.
