Position Description
A respected law firm located in South Manchester are seeking a talented OL/PL Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a predominantly fast-track caseload of Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability cases, handling a diverse range of work types and providing high-quality legal representation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling litigated matters.
- Display a genuine passion for helping clients attain the best possible results, offering empathetic support and guidance throughout the legal process.
- Access a portfolio of high-quality work from non-Claims Management Company (CMC) sources.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of PQE in handling OL/PL files
- Demonstrate competence and confidence in managing litigated matters.
- Exhibit a passion for handling legal cases and a genuine desire to assist clients in obtaining optimal results.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advocate for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
