Position Description
Highly regarded law firm with offices in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Debt Recovery Officer to join their expanding team. If you have experience in debt recovery and are looking to further develop your skills, this is an excellent opportunity.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm, specifically handling debt recovery proceedings. While training can be provided, it is essential that you possess a good knowledge and understanding of debt recovery enforcement proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting enforcement proceedings for debt recovery.
- Negotiating legal costs and settlements.
- Managing credit control activities.
- Issuing part 8 proceedings when necessary.
- Conducting thorough research on debt recovery matters.
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on debt recovery processes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Effectively managing a caseload of debt recovery matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a law firm dealing with debt recovery proceedings.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of debt recovery enforcement proceedings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
