Position Description

n expanding Manchester city centre practice is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This award-winning firm works with local, national, and international clients, making it an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of general litigation matters - including debt recovery, property disputes, tenant evictions, landlord and tenant disputes, compulsory purchase orders/blight disputes and HMRC tax disputes
Providing advice on general litigation disputes to clients.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
Attending court hearings and managing litigation processes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
