Position Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of the Advocacy department by leveraging your impeccable organisational skills. As an Advocacy Clerk, you will play a crucial role in diary management, departmental reporting, assessing and allocating incoming work, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage schedules and diaries within the Advocacy department, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
- Departmental Reporting: Generate reports on departmental activities, contributing to the assessment of performance and efficiency.
- Work Allocation: Assess and allocate incoming work to the appropriate parties, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks as applicable, supporting the smooth operation of the Advocacy department.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a busy scheduling role, preferably within a legal environment. Ideally, experience as a Clerk at a barristers’ chambers would be beneficial.
