As the successful candidate, you will have the responsibility of managing your own caseload, with the autonomy to handle cases from start to finish, whether through negotiated settlements or litigation.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RTA/Credit Hire Litigator. Strong technical knowledge of RTA litigation and credit hire law and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
