Position Description
A highly regarded and award-winning Legal 500 Boutique law firm, with locations across the Northeast and Cumbria, is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious solicitor/legal executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a caseload of Wills, Trusts & Probate matters.
- Undertake fee-earning work, both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain existing client relationships and develop new relationships with third-party referrers.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and assistance to clients.
- Travel between offices may be required on an ad hoc basis to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Wills, Trusts & Probate.
- Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate matters.
- Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ambitious and motivated with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
- Willingness to travel between office locations when necessary.
