Position Description
An award-winning, multi-service law firm in Manchester City Centre is expanding its Serious Injury team and is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with previous experience in Serious Injury or Personal Injury cases to work alongside senior fee earners on high-value and complex personal injury cases. You will have the chance to gain valuable experience working on high-profile cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior fee earners with high-value, complex personal injury cases.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is organised and up to date.
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paralegal dealing with Serious Injury or Personal Injury cases.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and legal research tools.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
