Position Description

A national law firm is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Serious Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its dynamic serious injury team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of serious injury cases within a full range of personal injury claims.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a challenging caseload of serious injury cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Conduct comprehensive investigations and assessments to build strong cases and maximise clients' compensation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring excellent client care and empathy throughout the legal process.
• Work as an integral part of a supportive team to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Utilise your excellent advocacy skills when required in hearings and court proceedings.
• Supervise and liaise with paralegal support to streamline case progress and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a significant background in handling serious injury cases.
• Solid experience in personal injury claims, with a particular focus on complex cases.
• Strong client care skills with the ability to provide compassionate support to clients during challenging times.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Advocacy experience is an advantage.
