A highly regarded and friendly law firm in East Cheshire is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to provide expert legal advice on a broad range of privately funded family law matters while contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.
Requirements;
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in Family Law.
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Family Law, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Proclaim case management experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
Ability to develop business relationships and engage in networking to build the firm’s client base.
Responsibilities;
Working closely with the Head of Department managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.
Handling divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy arrangements, cohabitee disputes and pre/post-nuptial agreements
Providing strategic legal advice tailored to clients’ specific needs.
Preparing detailed legal documents, correspondence, and conducting advocacy where necessary.
Maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Supporting the team’s business development initiatives and representing the firm in professional networking events.
