Position Description
A well-established and growing law firm in Stockport is seeking a dedicated RTA Portal Manager to lead their Portal team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury/RTA professional looking to take on a leadership role and further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the RTA Portal team, ensuring efficient case management and adherence to all relevant processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Handle your own caseload of Personal Injury/RTA cases through the MOJ or OIC Portal, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
- Maintain high standards of work quality and compliance, ensuring all cases are managed in accordance with industry regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on case progress and address any queries or concerns.
Requirements:
- You should have a proven track record in handling Personal Injury/RTA cases through the MOJ or OIC Portal. Previous supervisory or managerial experience is advantageous.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and guide your team to success.
- Strong organisational skills to manage your caseload effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, promoting a positive team dynamic.
