Position Description
A busy law firm in Bolton with a focus on RTA/PI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PI/RTA litigation executive to join their team. The firm has a focus on RTA/PI and is looking for a candidate who can handle complex and interesting cases. Therefore, if you're looking for a new opportunity to work on more complex and interesting cases, this role could be perfect for you!
As an RTA litigation executive, you will be responsible for non-whiplash RTA cases, credit hire, and vehicle damage. You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload and will deal with both fast and multi-track matters.
