Position Description
A busy law firm located in Bolton is currently looking for an experienced RTA Litigation/Credit Hire Fee Earner to join their expanding team.
As a Fee Earner, you will be a key player in the firms RTA team, responsible for managing a caseload of litigated RTA matters, handling pre-litigation cases, and progressing credit hire cases. You should be well-versed in RTA law, with a strong track record in handling such cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of litigated RTA matters.
- Handling pre-litigation RTA cases.
- Progressing credit hire cases.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in RTA law, with expertise in litigation and credit hire.
- Proactive and driven work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
