Position Description
An established law firm in South Manchester is seeking an RTA Fee Earner/Paralegal to join their team. If you have experience handling MOJ or OIC Portal claims and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of RTA matters through MOJ or new OIC Portal.
- Handle all aspects of the claims process, including client communication, document drafting, and negotiations.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Effectively manage and organise your workload.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience handling your own caseload of RTA claims, ideally through MOJ or OIC Portal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
