A busy law firm located in Bolton is currently looking for an experienced RTA/Credit Hire Litigation Fee Earner to join their expanding team.
As an RTA Litigation/Credit Hire Fee Earner, you will be a key player in the firms RTA team, responsible for managing a caseload of litigated RTA matters, handling pre-litigation cases, and progressing credit hire cases. You should be well-versed in RTA law, with a strong track record in handling such cases.
- Managing a caseload of litigated RTA matters.
- Handling pre-litigation RTA cases.
- Progressing credit hire cases.
