Position Description

A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer/Lawyer to join their team in Llandudno Junction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Handle cases from instruction through to post-completion, addressing all legal issues, resolving client queries, and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines, providing high-quality service to clients throughout the process.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progression of cases.
• Conduct property searches, prepare legal documents, and draft contracts as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Experience in commercial property conveyancing is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
