Position Description
A Legal 500 firm in Bolton is seeking a Recoveries Litigator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a legal environment, preferably with experience of quantum negotiations.
Moreover, the successful candidate should be able to work to set deadlines, organise and prioritise their workload, and work as part of a team. Additionally, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Excel and Word) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting court documents and liaising with policyholders
Effective management of the litigation process to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved
Dealing with calls and enquiries from customers, suppliers, and/or the public
Requirements:
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
To take constructive feedback and set personal goals for continuous improvement
