Position Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Northwich office. Known for providing excellent legal services and fostering a supportive work environment, this firm offers a fantastic opportunity for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, and probate.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents related to private client work.
- Handle the administration of estates and trusts.
- Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
- Potentially handle Court of Protection matters if experienced.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with around 3 years of PQE in private client law.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision.
- Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, and probate processes.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Experience with Court of Protection matters is desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
