Position Description

A well-established law firm based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy and friendly department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career and gain further training.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trust, power of attorney and general elderly client advice.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and assistance to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Undertaking business development activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Managing a caseload effectively, with appropriate support from the partner as required.

Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in Private Client Law.
• Experience in wills, probate, trusts, power of attorney and general elderly client advice.
• Good technical knowledge and an understanding of the relevant law and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a busy workload.
• A team player with a positive attitude who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
