A reputable full-service law firm with offices in South Manchester is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has previous experience working within a Private Client team and has handled Probate cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with a range of Private Client matters, including Probate cases.
• Support the team in managing client files, preparing legal documents, and conducting legal research.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation and regulations affecting Private Client law.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within a Private Client team.
• Exposure to handling Probate cases.
