Position Description
An established law firm is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive Private Client team. This role offers the flexibility to work from either the Lancaster or Kendal office, with both full-time and part-time applications welcome.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Inheritance tax planning
- Asset protection
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts
- Probate
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in Private Client law.
- Ability to handle a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client care skills with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to contribute to the team’s success and engage in business development.
