Position Description
A modern full-service law firm with offices across the North West is currently seeking to add a private client fee earner/solicitor to their growing Private Client team in Liverpool. The firm is open to considering different levels of experience, including both qualified and non-qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of private client matters.
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney.
- Handling probate matters and administering estates.
- Advising on tax planning and trusts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in private client law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
- A strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
- The ability to provide clear and practical advice to clients.
- A team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
