Position Description
An excellent law firm in Bolton is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a great opportunity for confident and skilled professionals with expertise in handling off-portal pre-litigation RTA cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of pre-litigation RTA files, handling all aspects of the claims process.
- Conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and liaising with clients, insurance companies, and third parties.
- Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and settlement packs.
- Negotiating settlements and ensuring timely resolution of cases.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and complying with firm procedures and protocols.
- Assisting with litigated RTA matters and gaining valuable experience in this area.
- Working in a fast-paced and process-driven environment to achieve efficient case handling.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a fee earner handling pre-litigation RTA cases is essential.
- Confident and proficient in managing all stages of pre-litigation claims.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to RTA claims.
