Position Description
We are recruiting for PI Team Leaders! Are you an experienced Personal Injury (PI) fee earner looking for a new challenge? Would you relish the opportunity to take on a supervisory role and provide technical guidance and support to junior team members? Look no further!
We are looking for talented PI Team Leaders to join a modern and award-winning claims management company based in West Yorkshire. You will have a strong understanding of PI claims and possess excellent technical knowledge, coupled with superb customer service skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strong technical advice across a range of PI claims, including RTA, EL, and PL claims. You will also ensure that our clients receive outstanding care throughout the claims process, with a focus on resolving claims efficiently and effectively.
PI Team Leaders will be expected to provide support and encouragement to junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge with them to help them develop their skills and grow within the company. The company operates on a modern shift system, which includes some weekend working, but there is options to flexibly/from home. A competitive salary package is available, with a supportive, friendly working environment.
