An esteemed law firm with a presence in Stockport is currently expanding its team and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their dynamic group. Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury cases.
- Focus on fast-track cases while demonstrating expertise in litigated cases.
- Deliver high-quality legal services and ensure successful case outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to maintain excellent client care.
Requirements:
- Experience in personal injury law, with proficiency in RTA, EL/PL/OL cases.
- Familiarity with both pre-litigated and litigated case management.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proactive and driven to achieve successful case resolutions.
- Desirable: Experience with litigated cases within personal injury.
