A long-established South Manchester firm are seeking an experienced Personal Injury (PI) Prison Claims Lawyer to join their team. In this role, you will take ownership of your caseload, primarily focusing on pre and post-issue fast track Personal Injury Prisoner claims.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload, demonstrating proficiency in handling litigated files from inception to trial/disposal hearing.
• Showcase a proven billing track record, indicating your ability to efficiently handle a litigated caseload.
• Specialise in handling fast track prisoner claims, addressing unique legal challenges associated with this area.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in dealing with litigated files, applications, challenges, and trial/disposal hearings.
• Proven billing track record, emphasising your ability to navigate and resolve complex Personal Injury Prisoner claims.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
