Position Description
Join an established law firm in South Manchester as an OL/PL Solicitor and kickstart your legal career with a focus on occupiers and public liability cases. This role presents an exciting opportunity for experienced solicitors/fee earners/lawyers eager to specialise in OL/PL law.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of occupiers and public liability cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft pleadings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other relevant parties.
- Attend court hearings, negotiations, and mediations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling OL/PL cases.
- Experience of handling a litigated caseload of OL/PL cases from inception to settlement.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
