Position Description

Are you well-versed in the Civil Procedure Rules Part 8, MOJ regulations, and the Infant Approval Process? Do you have experience in quantum negotiations? If so, you might be the ideal candidate to join an established team at a leading firm in Bolton as an MOJ/OICP File Handler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cases related to MOJ Part 8 Stage 3 oral/paper hearings.
  • Handling Infant Approval hearings.
  • Occasionally dealing with Part 8 applications for enforcement.
  • Utilising your in-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Part 8 and MOJ regulations to navigate cases.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules Part 8 and MOJ regulations.
  • Experience in quantum negotiations (preferable but not essential).
