Position Description
A reputable full-service law firm in Staffordshire is expanding and seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters independently.
- Assist one of the Partners on high-value and complex claims.
- Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, construction disputes, insolvency, and probate disputes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling litigation matters.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
