Position Description
Join a growing practice in Manchester city centre as a Litigation Fee Earner and gain further experience while working with a supportive and collaborative team. As a paralegal or fee earner with experience handling your own caseload, you will be responsible for handling financial mis-selling cases, providing legal advice and support to clients throughout the litigation process.
Working closely with other team members, including solicitors and paralegals, you will ensure cases are handled efficiently, providing excellent service to clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience handling financial mis-selling cases or be willing to retrain in this area, with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
