A litigated credit hire opportunity is now available in Bolton with a national law firm. As a key member of the credit hire team, you will have the chance to take ownership of your own caseload and deal with litigated credit hire claims while liaising with all parties, including insurer clients and third party solicitors. The firm is happy to consider both claimant and defendant experience, and you will have the opportunity to handle both small claims and fast track matters.
