An outstanding opportunity awaits an experienced Litigated Credit Hire Fee Earner at a leading claims management company based in Bolton. They are seeking a skilled professional with at least one year of experience in handling credit hire/litigated files. While experience in defendant files is preferred, it is not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of small claims and fast track matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of credit hire/litigated files, ensuring timely and effective handling.
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
- Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience handling credit hire/litigated files.
