Position Description
A busy and friendly Manchester-based law firm is seeking Housing Disrepair Fee Earners to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on quality cases in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, handling cases from start to finish.
- Conduct litigation on behalf of clients, ensuring efficient and effective case progression.
- Work collaboratively with clients to provide high-quality legal advice and support.
- Maintain meticulous case management records and adhere to procedural deadlines.
- Contribute to the firm’s success by achieving strong results and building client relationships.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate: Experienced Housing Disrepair Litigator.
- Open to applications from RTA Fee Earners with strong litigation experience who are keen to retrain in housing disrepair.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant legal role.
- Excellent litigation and case management skills.
- Strong communication, client care, and time management abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about delivering quality legal work.
