Position Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Lawyer to join a highly regarded and successful law firm based in Cheshire. Due to expansion plans, the firm is seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Lawyer to join their growing team.
The firm is based in Cheshire/South Manchester. They are open to flexible working, including working from home options. You will receive a competitive salary, generous bonus scheme, and excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing own caseload of fast track Housing Disrepair files.
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Liaising with clients and third parties.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience handling own caseload of fast track Housing Disrepair files.
- Knowledge of the CPR and experience using Proclaim.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and driven individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service to clients
