Position Description
An outstanding opportunity has emerged for an experienced and skilled Private Client professional to lead and manage the Private Client team of a reputable full-service Law firm with a strong presence across Manchester. As the Head of Private Client, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to drive excellence within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Private Client department, providing strategic direction and guidance to a team of dedicated professionals.
- Manage a diverse caseload encompassing Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts & Estates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coordination and integration of services across the firm.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by mentoring, supervising, and nurturing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored legal advice and solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and legal changes, applying your insights to enhance client offerings and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4-5 years of PQE in Private Client law.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a Private Client team.
- Proficiency in handling a wide range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts & Estates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high professional standards.
- Adaptable, proactive, and adept at problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with colleagues and clients alike.
