Position Description
A long-established law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in managing their own caseload in both Private and Publicly funded matters, and a strong commitment to this area of law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Family Law matters including divorce, financial remedy, private children, public children, and domestic abuse cases.
- Providing high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Assisting in marketing the department to attract new business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Maintaining excellent client care standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience in managing their own caseload in both Private and Publicly funded matters.
- A strong commitment to Family Law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
- A willingness to undertake professional development to maintain and enhance skills.
