Position Description
A reputable full-service law firm with offices across Cheshire is currently seeking a Family Law Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their successful team. There is the opportunity to work in a flexible environment with a mix of office and remote working available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters including divorce, finances, and private children.
- Providing advice and representation to clients in all aspects of family law.
- Dealing with privately funded matters and some publicly funded cases.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Building the family law department by networking and developing business.
- Ensuring all casework is managed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in family law matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of family law and regulations.
- Experience in managing a caseload of privately funded and publicly funded family law matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Driven, motivated and passionate about delivering brilliant client care.
