Position Description
A well-established law firm with offices in Eccles and Irlam is seeking an ambitious and driven Family Solicitor at 2+ PQE level to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload encompassing divorce, financial disputes, and child cases.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Maintaining the firm's high standards of work and adhering to its ethos of delivering a professional and empathetic service to clients.
- Experience with Legal Aid applications and CCMS is preferred.
- Collaborating with other solicitors to support each other and ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of PQE in Family Law.
- Demonstrated expertise in divorce, financial dispute, and child cases.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for family law.
- Experience with Legal Aid applications and CCMS is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
