A well-established and rapidly growing law firm in South Manchester is seeking a dedicated and experienced EL/PL Solicitor/Lawyer to join their highly successful personal injury team. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals to contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases from inception to completion, including litigated files.
• For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to lead and manage the team, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing guidance to junior staff.
• Utilise your expertise in EL and PL law to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
• Engage with clients, assess cases, and provide clear advice and updates on progress.

Requirements:

• You should have a substantial track record in handling EL/PL cases, including litigated matters.
• If interested in a leadership role, demonstrate leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Proficiency in Employers Liability and Public Liability law.
• Strong client care skills to maintain the firm's reputation for excellent service.
