Position Description
A leading law practice with a well-established employment team is seeking an employment lawyer/fee earner to join them. This opportunity is available at the firms Cheadle or Liverpool office, so geography is up to you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of contentious employment matters on behalf of claimants.
- Undertake advocacy where required.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in employment disputes.
- Stay updated on employment law developments and changes.
- Maintain clear and accurate case records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
Qualifications and Experience:
The firm are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including non-qualified individuals, newly qualified solicitors, or those with a few years of experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Experience in representing claimants or Trade Union matters.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
- Legal Executive or Solicitor qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
