Working within a busy department, this a claimant focused role for those with experience of employment litigation for both private indviduals, unions, professional bodies and business clients across a wide section of industries. You will have a solid grounding in employment law, be pro active in your approach to your work and be keen to progress your career. This is a key and senior appointment to the department and so c 4 - 5 years practice employment law experience would be a guide.
