Position Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious EL Fee Earner to join a leading law firm in South Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months' experience in handling EL matters, with a strong focus on pre and post-issue fast track employer's liability cases.

As an EL Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Your day-to-day duties will involve drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, instructing experts, and attending court hearings.
