Position Description
A rare opportunity has emerged for an experienced Criminal Solicitor to join a growing and successful specialist motor offences firm in Merseyside. This is an ideal role for a Solicitor or Fee Earner with experience in handling a variety of criminal matters, although prior experience with motor offences is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Representing motorists in criminal cases, specifically related to motor offences.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Handling a caseload of criminal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for court proceedings.
- Negotiating with the prosecution and presenting arguments on behalf of clients.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with expertise in criminal law.
- Knowledge and experience in handling a range of criminal matters.
- Familiarity with motor offences is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
