A fast-paced and dynamic law firm in Bolton is seeking an experienced Credit Hire/RTA Litigator to join their team. Overall, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented litigator to handle an engaging caseload in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Credit Hire and RTA litigation files from pre-litigation through to trial
• Working autonomously to progress cases efficiently and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
• Providing clear legal guidance to clients, while ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Preparing legal documentation and representing clients in litigation matters
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure best practices are followed

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience handling Credit Hire and RTA litigation cases
• Strong attention to detail and excellent case management skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Excellent communication and client care skills
