As a credit hire fee earner/litigator, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload, providing outstanding client care, and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, as well as work on a range of interesting and complex cases. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating settlements, drafting court documents, and attending court hearings. Therefore, you will need to have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
