Position Description
A leading claims management company based in Bolton is seeking an experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner to handle litigated files. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in handling credit hire/litigated files, and experience in defendant files is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of small claims and fast track matters.
