Position Description

A reputable firm based in Ashton under Lyne is currently recruiting for both Junior and Senior Court of Protection Lawyers. The firm is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, fostering an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Junior Level: Support on Court of Protection cases, gaining hands-on experience.
  • Senior Level: Independently manage a Court of Protection caseload, demonstrating proficiency and expertise.
  • Senior Level: Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader in team development and contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Court of Protection law, ensuring advice provided is current and accurate.
  • Apply legal knowledge to navigate complex cases and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Junior candidates should have prior experience supporting on Court of Protection cases. Senior candidates must have experience managing their own caseload.
  • Supervisory Skills: Senior candidates should either have prior supervisory experience or a willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within the team and contribute to its development.
