Position Description
A regarded Liverpool-based law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving Court of Protection cases, including but not limited to, managing finances and personal welfare for clients who lack the capacity to do so themselves.
- Provide expert legal advice on Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estate/Tax Planning, ensuring the highest level of service for high-net-worth individuals.
- Offer comprehensive legal support and services for clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth and success of the department and firm.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling Court of Protection matters and related areas.
- Proven track record of handling court of protection cases, with extensive experience in Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.
- Experience in property law is advantageous but not required.
