Position Description
An established law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in conveyancing or real estate to take on a supportive role in a dynamic and respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the conveyancing team in managing property transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting documents, maintaining case files, and ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to support the smooth progress of transactions.
- Handle document preparation, file management, and other essential tasks to assist with property sales, purchases, and related transactions.
- Maintain an organised approach to work, ensure deadlines are met and issues are promptly communicated to the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing or real estate is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and support team members.
