Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in commercial property.
- Strong expertise in handling a varied caseload, including low to medium-level commercial property transactions.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently, managing cases from instruction to completion.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, leases, disposals, and landlord/tenant matters.
- Advising clients on legal aspects of commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, leases, and reports.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service at every stage.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and sharing best practices.
